1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if not processed.
Once processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
2. Returns
Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.
Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused with original tags and packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or altered items are not eligible.
Sale items may not be eligible for return.
Used or damaged items will not be accepted.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued to the customer wallet after approval.
Wallet balance can be used on future purchases.
Wallet credit is valid for 1 year.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless it is our error.
5. Limitation of Liability
Manju Linen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
