1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not been processed or shipped.
- Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- For cancellation requests, customers must contact our support team with the order details.
2. Returns & Refund Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received by the customer.
- The request for return must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Customized, made-to-measure, or altered garments are not eligible for return or refund.
- Items purchased during clearance or special sale events may not qualify for refunds.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for refund.
4. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
